In April 2016, company was bought by the Indian management team headed by Krishna Mohan. Since then it is a 100% Indian owned company.

Krishna is an Engineering Graduate with strong technology and business experience with over 38 years in product development and has been on the Executive Board of Technology companies. Part of a successful acquisition as a Promotor Director of a Public Limited Company; deal size USD10Million. Has a track record of setting up a Global R&D Center for a multi-national Company and growing the revenue from 2Cr to 12Cr in 5 years. Krishna has a product engineering mind-set and has created multiple energy efficient, patentable products to date.
Vinutha is an electronics engineer by qualification and having more than 27 years of experience in the product development industry both as a Design/Developer as well as Project/Program Management. She has a proven track record of having successfully led full lifecycle delivery of high value, complex and cross-functional technology enabled programs working with geographically distributed teams. Vinutha’s expertise encompasses taking a product from design to manufacturing through testing and optimisation that results in high quality least cost manufacture products.
